WILL THE WEST TOLERATE INDIA’S RISE AS A SUPERPOWER?

There are many different alliances between many powerful countries such as the NATO. The only objective of these alliances or their one point agenda is to ensure that the United States remains the primary superpower, the only hegemonic force in the world at all costs.

These alliances only serve and benefit the US in the long run, it does throw some crumbs of profit to their allies. In the five eyes alliance of the following countries; US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The US treats every other member as a junior partner.

Once when the US gave fighter aircraft to the Australians, they could not use it for anything except for that the US wanted them to. The codes inside these aircrafts would not allow the Australians to target certain places where the US did not want them to. That’s how US treats their closest allies.

It was the US who propped up China against USSR and foolishly believed that as China will become more prosperous, it will automatically convert into a democracy. So the US played major role in uplifting and Industrialization of China. Now US has woken up to the fact that China has risen to a level that might threaten US in the decades to come, they are doing everything they can to resist China to some extent.

If India were to rise to that level, it would naturally invite similar if not harsher reactions from the west. Keeping in mind what they’re doing to China, I believe that India would be treated worse as we are not a very strong military power compared to China, also our economy stands low in comparison to them.

To become a superpower we must first learn to aspire to become one.
